2 post office staff watched me drive in and park up in their car park, waited for me to unclip my baby son and walk over to ask them there the collection point is only to then be told very aggressively that I cannot park there (in an empty car park with 2 over vans). I deep down wanted to just cry but said thank you and returned to the car carrying my son. Why not come over to tell me instead of watching me for 5mins get my son out of the car and walk over? He wasn’t helpful he was laughing and being spiteful whilst flicking his cigarette but towards me as I left. Disgusting.

They look at you in disgust when you bring them Click and Drop parcels even though there is no one else in the queue. And please stop sending my International parcels back to my address... read the letter!! I must include a Customs Form with my return address, STOP sending them back to me!! The letters are checked via the Post Office and I've been sending them for years on end, the post lady advised it is human error on your end!

I'm sure all the individuals that work there are lovely people, but the post office royal mail service is a disgrace. I was sent a package from Birmingham First Class signed for on 18/06/20 and it's still not here yet on 25/06/20. The website tracker says it's still in transit and the phone mail tracker says it was delivered on 22/06/20 at 07.57, but doesn't tell me to whom. I tried to call but there's a 60 minute waiting time. I am irritated.

He literally ran so he didn't have to give me my parcel. He saw me park in my drive as he was writing the 'missed delivery' note. I Literally waited all day for my parcel, just went out urgently and it would of been fine if I'd missed it, as it was a chance I took. But I was in my drive and he rushed it. Now have to wait a whole day again, but there's no point now!
