I have been registered with this surgery for over 40 years. Until just recently when Dr. Marshall left I have had no problems. Lately following 4 visits the doctor's failed to diagnose my cancer, which was instantly diagnosed by Stoke Mandeville. My grandsons hay fever not diagnosed after 3 visits and very recently 2 visits was diagnosed as gout when Stoke Mandeville simple test showed zero gout but instead DVT. Not impressed by the doctor's but I still going the nurses are brilliant always going the extra mile.

What good is a doctor's surgery when it's practically impossible to get an appointment? Whenever you try to do so, the moody receptionists just tell to call in at 8am every day (basically until you get lucky). I'd be sympathetic if this was only the case during COVID-19, which I'm sure has made things very difficult for all surgeries, but this has been going on for years. I have no confidence in this place whatsoever.
