This was my first experience of going for an eye test. I was quite nervous but I needn’t have been. The store had excellent covid procedures in place and the staff were really welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The optometrist called Andrew was brilliant !! He was so kind and took time to explain everything he was so reassuring and calm which was lovely when you’re feeling a little nervous!! I was very happy with the service that I received from everyone in the Leighton Buzzard store I would highly recommend them!

Very bad service even bad customer service So my appointment was for 09:30 And I was at the door at 09:28 though everything was busy in the area due to lockdown thing I had 3 customers infront of me to be served at the door When my turn came it was 09:45 already because everyone in the store was very slow rather proactive Then there was girl who just rejected my appointment in a very rude manner by saying that you are late though I wasn't I took time off specially for this appointment And the specasaver staff in LB didn't even acknowledge that in this pandemic Then should now how to deal with the situation and I was in urgent need to get one pair Really disappointed by yhe behaviour and service from LB Store bigg time negative
