Steve Latham is a brilliant estate agent who goes the extra mile. We have sold through him twice now. He offers a personal service second to none. He gets to know you and your property so he can find you the best buyers. All the little things make a difference too- for example, he spotted we had a problem in our bathroom and offered to sort out a plumber for us as we were away from home. When we were let down by our removal firm he offered to help. You will not find a better service. I highly recommend Steve.
Steve Latham is simply rude and unprofessional. I strongly encourage anyone to avoid this agent.
Extremely poor service received by this company. Our scheduled appointment resulted in a no show. No phone call, email or text to inform us that they were not going to be attending. I would not recommend Steve Latham and Co nor will I be using them for any business.
The best. We have brought and sold 3 houses through Steve Latham. Honest, fair, thoughtful and unbelievably helpful. Thank you Steve and Wendy, we wouldn't consider using another agency, 100% the best in our view
