Good selection of cars, but the owner continued to try to pressure me into looking at more expensive cars, even though I told him my strict budget. Some of the cars I looked at had flat batteries and slight damage (crack in bumper, fading and chipped paint on bonnet).

Excellent customer service. I bought my car today and was not able to go to collect so arranged for delivery within 48 hours. Bought car in the morning and they delivered it to my door this evening. Very happy they went out of their way to get may car to me. Fab customer service, easy people to deal with, everything signed done and dusted within 30 mins. Would buy from here again.

We've had a very bad experience buying from Stewkley Auto Mart. The car was a decent price but communication was awful. As soon as we had bought the car we noticed something wrong with it. We brought it back within 3 days after having to explain the problems we had three times. It took them over a week to fix it. We've also just been informed that the battery clamp is missing, making driving extremely dangerous - of course not covered by the warranty they provide. We believe that the battery clamp is missing because they had to replace the battery in the end. Please don't be tempted by their low prices - would definitely avoid in our experience.

A terrible service from Stewkley auto mart. My partner bought a car from here and was promised a 3 month warranty period for the car. Within this three month period, it became clear that the car had many issues that were not stated in the initial listing for the car. We contacted them within the three month warranty period about the issues and were redirected to the warranty company. This was when we found out that Stewkley Auto Mart never actually processed the warranty and after a phone call when I asked what happened to the warranty money the manager stated that he “ate the money for himself”. After being treated very poorly over the phone, after initially being promised that they would cover the costs of the issues as they realised they had messed up, they then went back on their word and said there was nothing they could do as we were now out of the 3 month period due to ignored phone calls and emails. Overall, the service received from this company was very poor and unprofessional as well as being rudely spoken to on the phone and blatantly lied to. I would 100% not recommend.
