Myself & my partner reserved a Plot at Hadley Grange. All was fine except two things... 1) One evening we went and had a look at our house as the road was publicly open and we discovered that the builders/contractors had left our hour with 2 other house's doors open ajar around 4 inches. They said there was security on site but i know for a fact they didn't because we went searching to get someone to lock them up. 2) When we did the \Meet the site manager\ the site manager was an excellent guy who was extremely helpful. The problem was that when we went to view the first floor en suite on another visit, a contractor had used the toilet and not flushed for a number of days. With the Taylor Wimpey covid policies they are not allowed to use the toilets but it made it worse that they just left it. If they cannot get basic things like this right, what else do they not adhere to? I must add the sales team are probably the best we have dealt with. We cannot fault them at all and Cathy was going above and beyond to help us - it's just a shame that the builders let this site down. We pulled out immediately after these issues and have purchased a lovely house at an estate not too far from here.
