Absolutely love this store & its staff. Haven’t met a member of staff that isn’t friendly or helpful in the Leighton Buzzard branch. They have been amazing & so helpful throughout the pandemic & have put up with so much abuse because ignorant people panic brought selected items. It wasn’t the staffs fault they were out of stock it was people that stocked their trolleys without a thought for others. Also love the refurbished store. A huge choice of clothing especially for children & women’s wear. Wish all the staff a very merry Christmas & may 2021 be a lot brighter for the whole team. Thank you for caring for your customers

New layout is abominable. Narrow aisles for chilled fresh food, all checkouts open making social distancing impossible. Product lines appeared reduced although this could have just been the luck of the draw. It would have been helpful to have a leaflet stating where to find main product categories and to mark more clearly where there is a one-way system
The staff at the pharmacy have great customer service, I think I was served by Linda.
I understand Tesco are undergoing huge change round in the Leighton buzzard store but the lack of products for past week because of broken freezers is laughable. As a vegan I won't be shopping there much. Changed to Morrisons today. Just dreadful arrangement grrrr
Visited today for the first time since April...will not be returning. The store was smelly, I could smell it even though I was wearing a thick face covering. A member of staff was chatting to a customer right in front of the hand sanitiser station, I had to ask her to let me use it! The store was disorganised and untidy. I shall not return! A very disappointing visit all round!
