Pleasant surprise to this little Pub which I have driven past many times but not stopped. It's a traditional Pub with a quiet Bar for relaxing conversation which is clean, warm and bright... And a separate bar for TV, Pool, Darts and the Music which can be more lively... In both Bars the locals were friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to another visit.

A real local pub...just not many people in on a Saturday night..shame.
Not changed in the last 50 year still the same, but not many of the old type spit and sawdust pubs left. Long live this pub.
This is a very calm and peaceful public house, the staff who work here are very friendly and helpful, the general atmosphere helps you wind down, with a very homely feel added via the furnishings and features. The drinks are very nice, too, with a nice array of beverages on draught.
