AVOID THIS COMPANY. Paid for an item from their Ebay store which, despite Hermes saying was delivered, upon investigation they advised had been lost in transit. The owner is refusing to provide a refund even though I have proof from Hermes. When pressed she sent a number of abusive emails saying that she had looked at the reviews from the company I work for insinuating that I "ripped people off" for a living and accusing me of theft of the item I had bought from her! Not professional at all. By the look of her recent Ebay feedback, I am not the only one in this position! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - She is a scammer...
