Can’t really review the pub as didn’t get to go inside even though it was only 9:15 and last orders is at 9:30 atm. There were a few small groups so didn’t understand why we couldn’t have a quick drink? Lucky them that they can afford to turn away business in these tough times

Stopped here on a CTC bike ride for lunch after planned stop was full. A "traditional" pub with rough wooden flooring; good food. Can't comment on beer as I only had orange.
Landlord keeps his four beers in excellent condition. Village pub with character . Recommended
