These guys are genuinely fantastic. We've always had lousy internet and a consultant visited, found the best spot for a 4G router, and a few days later after the installation we had an amazing connection. Thanks very much to all the team - you are life savers!

I had a long chat with Damian of Technology Doctors about our variable broadband speeds. It was put down to local use at different times of day and evening. I hadn't realised that, though we have 'faster fibre', it is still copper cable to our front door. He explained that he could come round, but would obviously have to charge. His honest assessment was that our home system worked, but we needed to wait until either 5G reaches our area, or fibre cable is connected to our front door as part of the government's rollout scheme. I appreciated his honesty and the fact he didn't feel it was worth us paying the callout charge for him to be unable to really do anything significant. I found the long phone call informative and, of course, free of charge. He may well have us as a customer when 5G finally arrives in our area!

Great Service. We were trying to set up a second computer laptop. Wires all over the place and could only use one computer at a time. We phoned the technology doctors and had a telephone appointment . Soon sorted with instructions now all connected to WiFi and have two working computers.

I bought a new laptop and printer from Currys/PC World but I didn't know how to set it up. The Technology Doctors came to my home and connected my laptop to my Broadband, ,loaded the Microsoft Office and Antivirus software and setup my printer so that it was working with my laptop.
