I was really pleased with the support I received via telephone. Really knowledgeable of his clients and was able to remember my property and boiler very quickly. Have honest advice and was genuinely really helpful and focussed on me rather than potential business. Really pleased and will contact again if needed (hopefully not)...but would definitely recommend
I have been using Andrew as our Plumber for 6 years. He undertakes our annual boiler service and any maintenance required. His service is always exceptional from start to finish. He is not only responsive and reliable but honest and trustworthy too. His prices are always fair and he goes above and beyond to provide excellent service to his clients. I highly recommend him.
First class service. Great communication. Friendly, helpful and honest. Could have sold me a repair that would have made him a lot of money but recommended a cheaper way of doing it. Not often you see such integrity. Can’t recommend highly enough.
