Always a friendly environment and currently in the pandemic a safe place to receive goods. Staff are always helpful and have good knowledge of equipment and possible options when things may not be in stock.

Always ready to meet you with a smile - and even your name if you are a 'regular' - the team (headed up by the brilliant Michelle, but they are all fab!) is knowledgeable, informed, readily able to suggest sensible alternatives for unavailable items, and nothing is too big an issue to resolve. A little ray of light in this otherwise dreary time! (Toolstation's range is good, and there are very few items I need to source from elsewhere. Their prices are generally pretty good.)
