I have rented and apartment, initially they agreed to give it for 1350 Euros with furniture and while signing the contract they mention 1550 Euros and said it is will Electricity, gas and Water, they have not provided the furniture and while vacating the flat, they charged again for water and electricity , From day one they are cheating like anything, If you are Expat never rent with them. when i asked to transfer the deposit they disagreed to pay the deposit. and i checked with the previous tenant he did the same for him also.

SCAM!! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!! They ask for the deposit BEFORE even signing the contract! And they want the money sent by transfer. When I asked to meet at their office or at the property, they first said it was ok but when I asked when we could meet, they just said they wanted the deposit on the same day by bank transfer (still without signing the contract). When they realized I'd have not sent them the money before signing the contract and meeting with them and see the keys of the apartment, they said the owner was not happy and decided to proceed with other candidates. Be careful, and DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU MEET AND SEE THE KEYS OF THE APARTMENT!
Scammers !!! My friend rented this apartment without any furniture's, the house was already old and lot of water leakage problems were there. When he checked out, agency inspected the house and confirmed everything is ok and got my friend signature in a form written in dutch. After two weeks agency have filled additional faults in the form without my friend knowledge. Now they are not returning back his deposit money. I would not recommend this agency for Expats, they are not professional though. Now my friend is going to deal this matter legally through juridischloket.
We have rented the apartment for one year, after vacating the apartment is refusing to pay the deposit amount, he we keep on asking then he is telling some silly reason that i need to pay the gas, electricity and water, which i told the contract including all the things, Never go this rental agency, i heard from most of my friends and the reviews in facebook and Google, now only i realized i have done a big mistake by renting this apartment and my hard earned money is gone.
