Pleasant and hard working staff but a 20 minute wait with just one teller on and a very nasty loud noise every 15 seconds. Slightly hellish. Patience of Buddha needed.
Staff v helpful and v pleasant but queued for 10 minutes before it was my turn. Shutting branches and reducing staff means poorer service.
Sometimes a little busy, but pick your times better and your in and out in no time.
