I don't usually write reviews but feel these guys deserve the credit where credit is due. First point is LLB were new to me 7-8mths ago so my initial order was a bit of a leap of faith. Having been sorely let down by Evans with appalling customer service throughout the pandemic it was a bit of a frustrated lottery but the next day delivery service on a 4pm part order was exceptional. Secondly the after care and customer service is bang on. I had a faulty dropper post that was 3 months old, I contacted LLB whom I purchased it from who not only said they'd handle the warranty for me(a relief in itself) they also on this occasion 'wore' the warranty issuing me a quick refund rather than making me wait for a replacement. Obviously getting me on the bike quicker. The bike industry is arguably busier than ever atm with strained supply chains down to Brexit and Covid so it's utterly refreshing to find a company who not only have continued customer service where others close phone lines but also are providing seemingly a service i'd be impressed with in normal times. For me they're the new goto and the one to recommend.

Bought tyres that were marked on the website as in stock and dispatched in 3 days. Waited 6 working days, after no the tyres not arriving. After delays in responding, I'm told its not available for another month. Emailed multiple times to get an update then finally a refund 5 days later. No apology for mis-selling it's in stock or the delays in responding to selected emails. I'm always an advocate for smaller businesses, but this lacks customer service. Look at other reviews, this isn't uncommon

Arrived to be told the items i needed are out of stock.. there website always says different. A waste of time and fuel.
