I went in for a job interview and during orientation one of my aunt's drug buddies came to the table asking if I remembered her and started talking foolish; she goes by the name of kirk in her 50's and work as their housekeeping,I haven't seen her since the early 2000s when my children and i would visit during holidays back then she was smoking crack really bad and lived with her old man who sold drugs;she got kicked out due to fighting another woman over him& drug activity with Wilmington housing authority. i was already hired from passing my criminal background;kirk spoke negative to Ashlin and another nurse kailyn about me to;she felt threatened that I would expose her history; both staff energy shifted and the rudeness started;the nurse even through out my drug screen test; after listening to me use the bathroom; and refused to allow me to see it. I recorded it all. I don't understand how an addict with convections got the job let alone have that type of influence with new hires; I'm a young lady who never touched drugs and no convictions... And HR refused reach out when I tried to take proper steps to file a complaint. I look at the glass as half full instead of half empty; God didn't want me in a drama filled environment;nor in a place where a few folks are covid positive in that facility... God bless. And hopefully they'll one day hire folks with true compassion for others and not drug atticts. Update. Found an attorney... Slander and defamation of character and we will be showing the footage of everything that took place with both staff members on youtube. All staff should be fired immediately

Everyone was very helpful getting my Aunt accepted into the facility. I felt like the directors were there not just to guide us through the paperwork part of the process, but also the emotional part as well. Very accommodating and understanding.

My loved one was having medical issues, so I called to inquire of her status. I was told by staff they would call me back with an update on my loved ones status. They took my number to call me back and never did! This has been the case to many times to ignore any longer. This facility does not follow through with what they say they will do! How would you feel if you are ignored when concerned of your loved one?

i have a aunt that stay there she really like the people. and love the facility

lost clothing and other things along with a wheel chair i have mixed feelings on this . during the stay my dad was there 3 years management was not great and not helpful in many areas of his care he was in memory care. most of the aids were wonderful but as in all places some were not.
