While I'm quite happy with the winter coat I just got, the customer service is completely absent in this store. So much so, that the cashier actually yelled at me because I wanted to use my VIP flying blue promotion. It seems she didn't understand what was happening and chose to freak out. Therefore, I ended up paying a higher price than stated, but I just wanted to get out of there. The coat is nice, though!

Tijd staan te wachten personeel met zijn 3en staan ze telkens 1 persoon aan het helpen om je dood te ergeren en dan het commentaar wat je daar krijgt .werken daar zeer oneconomisch .Kom ik nooit weer .ze doen als of je onzichtbaar bent
