Excellent customer service. Very helpful with getting extra garbage picked up after we were out of town. Very short time on hold when I called.

This not only goes out to Lemay as a business but their insurance company as well. While driving behind one of their trucks, something flew out of the back and hit and shattered my windshield. I followed the truck and flagged him down to notify him what just happened. Now, after almost a month of fighting with their insurance company, they deny responsibility to fix my broken windshield. I'm beyond angry.

I've been trying to get in contact with them to get trash pickup for a month and a half. They don't answer their phones, they don't answer their emails, and their office is closed due to the pandemic. I've been stacking my trash in my garage for far too long because of this worthless company

I dont understand why it takes so long for someone to answer the phone I mean Lewis county isnt that big ? You think the could hire more people 15 mins later no answer tried to pay bill online, forgot the password sent myself an email for a new password still haven't got the email... idk not that great of service for what we all pay. Hopefully they can update their website to be faster and better quality. Still on hold while typing this. Annoyed.

I have had super great service from them and have never felt over charged at any time.. Paid ahead and it has been wonderful... And now they are trading out my stinky trash can and bring a new one for FREE.. Love it... :)
