My experience here was pretty wholesome. This shop is busy, which you need to understand to get the most out of it. The workers here are getting it done, so they might come off as rude or short to you, but they also have customers on the other side of the coin who want their service done quick. Don’t come here if you think you’re royalty and think your request as a customer is more important than others. Do come here if you’re looking to get a decent deal, and have a few days or hours to spend waiting for your vehicle to get done. Yes, my only gripe was having to come back twice because my tires weren’t in yet, but I was in the area, and I got them at a better deal than I could anywhere else.

Carlos helped me got back to road with his excellent service in taking care of my needs , He referred me to the best person specialized to fix my cracked rim /wheel , he also gave me a good discount for military family . Got my car done at same day , Best of all his crew Christian provide the best customer service . This location is the best and has the most friendly employees . 5 star is not enough for this location they deserve at least minimum of 10 star ️ ️️️
I ordered 4 tires that were not in stock and they were delivered to the store the next day and I received a call in the morning letting me know tires were in and I could come in earlier than my appointment if I wanted to. I was also getting an alignment as well. The guys who put my tires on and did my alignment were hustling and working very hard. It did take longer time than expected but the shop was very busy and they were trying their best. I was in no rush so I sat back and relaxed. I will definitely be back.
I appreciate the great service at American Tire Depot! They were quick and kind and very informative. They answered all my questions, helped me find a great deal and they kept the atmosphere light and fun too. Going to come back for my alignment in a little bit too. Chris was so professional and kind over the phone and Carlos was funny and helpful too. Thank you both for saving my whip.
In my search for 4 new tires I called 4 different shops before calling American Tire Christian was the one who answered and got me a quote that was the best "out the door" deal out of all the shops I called and it included an alignment When I got to the shop he upheld the quote he told me on the phone, told me the time frame, was done super quickly and efficiently and I was on my way Before I left they also told me recommendations that I will need to do on my vehicle but it was not necessary for another 20 to 30k miles..I extremely like the honesty and friendliness of this shop and I promise I'll be back for my future needs Thanks again to Christian for your awesome service!
I always have a pleasant experience at American Tire Depot Lemon Grove. From the moment I called asking for prices, the day I went in to ask more questions and finalize my purchase and to now. The price I was given couldn't be beaten and I chose to add the 3 year plan that included rotations and alignment. Customer service is always nice and work is done in an efficient manner. Today I was helped by Carlos and Chris and they were both respectful. They kept me updated with my service and were professional. I will always reccomend and continue to have my car serviced here for tires. Thank you!
