Owner wasn't there, but he eventually emerged from the apartment still chewing on food with no mask the whole time. Go enter your vehicle information on DMV website, and you'll know how much the state wants from you. Then subtract that from how much this place charged you. Asked for the printed itemized receipt on the screen. Don't settle for a generic electronic receipt that's going to be sent to your phone. Cost me 151 for 10 minutes of waiting for the owner to show up and 10 minutes to sign DMV paperwork.

It's Saturday the DMV has stated they were open, in which they were closed..so I went to the DMV lemon grove car registration specialist and the gentleman helped me promptly with friendly service I was in and out with in minutes,it was well worth it on a Saturday.

I went to renew my registration, my vehicle needed smog check first. The person said I could pay and have everything ready for when I got back. I paid and told him I would be right back. I was back within 40 minutes and it was closed. It was 10:45 am, he did not answer his phone. I waited 30 minutes and called a few times with no answer. I had already paid and could not go anywhere else. I had to come back in the afternoon to finish the process. Then he had the audacity to ask me to leave a good review. Very pushy about it. I can see that all these reviews are probably fake or pressured into posting them like he tried to do with me.

awesome place, was in and out in about 15 min when going to register my new used car. just make sure to not split payment methods(example, card cash) or there’s an extra fee

Hashim the store manager made the whole experience a breeze! He was knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I would give him and the services 10 stars if I could. DMV is a thing of the past for me!

Absolutely satisfied with this place. Why is anyone still going to the DMV to do registration? 10 mins and you are done here. Honestly Iwalked in completely skeptical and they blew me away. I will be telling everyone I know about how wonderful this place is.
