Very professional service. This company completed the dry-out portion Due to damage in my bathroom. . Very courteous and was able to calm my wife fears by wearing proper PPE and exercising the greatest care for social distancing while completing the dryout. I had issues with the insurance company originally and this company was the greatest ally in getting the needed rebuttal evidence in front of my insurance claim adjuster which made my life a lot easier in dealing with the insurance side of the restoration. I will recommend this company to any and everyone.

Our closet had begun to develop mold and we worried that it might be a bigger issue. Terrence came to conduct an inspection and provide a quote. He was punctual, super friendly, professional, and honest. Fortunately for us, it did not end up requiring any expensive fix but we will definitely call Dry Express Restoration in the future.
Don't do it. Save yourself from this company. They don't communicate well , the owner takes his time , the owners favorite word is it will be ready by Friday and then on Friday it's next Wednesday, oh and the quality of their workmanship is sloppy. They did from our pack out to remediation to scope of work. The pack out they used recycled boxes. Then they lost my vacuum. The remediation went well. Then the scope of work on our mobile home was a nightmare. None of the subcontractors knew what they were doing and their workmanship was unacceptable, sloppy and messy. Many things had to be done over, But the owner is quick to keep asking and pressuring for money and if you dont provide- he stops production. Terry was a perfect A headache always arguing to cut corners. Mike , Bo and Damian came in at the end and put everything in order. The sign off is still on process-- but just fare warning-- you've been warned. Some stuff we will end up doing ourselves because we're done dealing with the nightmare.
Terrence and his crew were very helpful and informative. He gave me a quote and a lot of advice on the reconstruction phase of my damages. If you want someone professional and honest I highly recommend Terrence Young and his company Dry Express Restorations. Nina & Steve
