I was in a rush today. I ordered a 38 they had the chicken part but they were out of chicken strips. They needed to make a fresh batch. 10 to 15. I said I would wait. I pulled up in front. I didn't even have time to be impatient lol. The lady that took my order in the drive through (wish I had gotten her name, she was awesome!)came out and I was off. Just ordered the Nashville tenders and got this “sauce” (fat/grease) poured over the top. Wasn’t gonna post anything but they’re trying to kill people out here.
The last three times we’ve gone here, there’s been a problem. They didn’t have fries but if we pulled forward and waited a few minutes they’d have some. Sounds good. They totally forgot about us, never got the fries and we left after waiting nearly an hour. Next time they overcharged us and acted like fixing the problem was a big hassle and we were lucky they did it. That’s just bad customer service. This time our order was wrong, wrong items, wrong flavors, wrong amounts, but the receipt was correct. So they took the order correctly, entered it correctly but just straight up did it wrong. And why are y’all always out of sauce?
I hadn't used my debit card in days and within an hour of using my debit card at this location. Someone tried to charge it up 3000 of Best Buy items and 2000 CashApp. I knew that little drive thru girl looked suspicious. She needs to be investigated and fired and jailed!!!
Wow.. kFC chicken Bowl hit the spot!! Lemon grove KFC has great service and hot food wait for you! My son and I had lunch here. We were not disappointed. Definitely come back to eat again
Just needed some sides for our church potluck and KFC in Lemon Grove was both accommodating and efficient. Thanks for offering me a glove to wear when I entered my PIN on the little machine. Potatoes were still hot when we served them up and delicious!
The food is always great, customer service is friendly, the drive thru moves pretty quickly. What else can you ask for when the service is this good
