This review is long over due, but I've truly been meaning to make one. I took my dress here for a company Christmas party very last minute. I'm so very grateful to have found this place because I went to other surrounding dry cleaning places, and they weren't friendly nor were they able to accommodate me for my needed time frame, but she was! I feel so very bad for not recalling her name, but a sweet lady that was fun, understanding, and had an eye for making your attire look good on you! I was able to get my dressed both cleaned and hemmed in less than 48hrs, and the price was so affordable, I was expecting WAY more that what I actually paid lol. It looked good and fit really nice when she was done. I tipped her and repeatedly thanked her. She will be my new go-to, and will recommend her to everyone I know. Thanks so very much!!!!
First time there.I went in Friday at 6pm. Dropped off a coat. Needed tailor and ready by Monday December 31. It was ready by 10am on Monday. Lady bilingual took very good care of me. Answered all questions. Helpful, polite, good customer service. She definitely gained a new customer. Thank you.
My favorite dry cleaning place for several years now. Always friendly, honest, great customer service. Removed stains from a wedding dress worn over 2 years ago!! Looks like new. I highly recommend them.
I wen to have some alterations done. I allowed a gentleman to go in front of me. When it was my turn the lady was not friendly in fact she was extremely rude. I'm new to the area and was looking for a cleaners for my company and she blew that income.
Horrible service, very expensive 2 suits for 30 dollars, one of my suits has a food stain and they returned it with the same stain, the lady was very rude, and she said that she will clean it again but she wasn't responsible if the color comes out, wth?? I Will never come back to this place.. had to give 1 star, so I can write a review, otherwise I wouldn't never give this place a star!!! Don't waste your money, there's better places than this and with better customer service!!!
This place is amazing, from the owner Eli to Evonne who helped me get my dress altered. Super clean, friendly & helpful. Will be coming back
