My hitch was suppose to be put on by the experts but the experts didn't put my wires away correctly for my drive from san diego to san antonio. Then the trailer expert from uhaul in chula vista put the trailer on wrong so the trailer was tooo low and it dragged on the ground or bumped every time i pulled out of a drive way. I had never rented a uhaul or had a hitch before so i had no idea but these two were suppose to be the "hitch and trailer" experts. If you have no idea about hitches or trailer connections find out before going to lemon grove or chula Vista uhaul.
