I went in for a haircut with a picture of what I wanted and I walked out of there with a haircut that I was not at all satisfied with. I had high hopes because I've heard great things about the place. My haircut and style was completely off. I was not asked if I liked the cut or if I would have liked it shorter so I was under the impression that once it was washed it would be touched up. Well it didn't so I sat there while she was trying to blow dry my hair. She then proceeded to curl my hair with a flat iron and I heard my hair sizzling because it was not 100% dry . She put more of some kind of oil in my hair and said oh your hair is just sucking this all up and you definitely needed that haircut. I walked out of there so upset because this was my mommy makeover day that I haven't had in so long. I was very disappointed.

Visited 2.5 years ago not in system most likely...Completely overpriced paid 200 with tip at a LEMON TREE!! The young girl took her TIIIME... 4 hours for highlights, wash, cut/blow out. I felt so robbed that for the first time I wrote a review. The next day received a call at 7PM about it! So unprofessional... then was interrogated as to why I felt the way I did and I said the girl did a good job but took way too long and was over priced. This went on for too long to the point that I said this is my opinion deal with it. Minutes later the owners husband calls tells me I need to delete my review and that they have “Hampton Clientele” and that’s the reason for the prices. Was offered a 30 credit. Most uncomfortable experience in a salon I have ever encountered. Better off going a high end salon for those prices.

Kaylie did a color and cut for me today. Cannot be happier. The color is perfect and what a beautiful cut she gave me. I will certainly be returning to her for all my hair care needs.
