My grandma went there 2 times once to get my hair died pink and purple and that did not listen and she only got shades of purple! Then when she went there a 2 time they did not listen and cut her hair completely wrong she never wanted bags but she got them because the lady there said \oh but I thought it would look better this way\ THAT IS NOT WHAT MY GRANDMA WANTED! (And both time it was a nother person) this shows there clearly don't know how to listen!
