We have been using Lemon tree to manage a couple of houses in Newmarket for longer than I can remember. Since before they were called Lemontree. The team are always pleasant and professional. Management has always been trouble free and we do not need to worry about any unexpected surprises. The test of a good property manager is only when there are changeovers, difficult tenants or with maintenance. Luckily we have not had any difficult tenants to our knowledge so their vetting process must be good and/or they manage any problems before they escalate. We have also been lucky in having mainly long term tenants but any changeovers have been pretty seamless. Maintenance is always an ongoing process but Lemontree manage this very professionally. They do regular inspections and are fully familiar with their properties and experienced in the requirements of maintaining them to the required standard. Happy tenants & happy landlords. Small repairs are attended to efficiently and larger repairs or suggested future work can be discussed them maintenance manager who understands the nature of the work and can offer pragmatic recommendations. We use other agents in different parts of the country so do have experience to compare them and would say that they are one of the best that we use. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to prospective landlords or tenants. Great work. Thanks to Beth and all the team

I am neither a tenant nor landlord of Lemontree Properties, but I recently had such a positive experience with the company that I felt it appropriate to leave a review. My husband and I are currently looking for a new property to rent, and recently inquired into a house managed by Lemontree. As renters will know, it is common to be treated quite dismissively by estate agents, particularly before contracts are exchanged and signed; not at all so with Lemontree! Both Gillie and Beth were incredibly professional, kind, thoughtful and considerate. Beth knew the property inside out, and was also quick to reassure us that even the smallest imperfection in the finish of the house would be fixed before the move in date. In my experience, this care and attention is rare in the industry – most agents have had an attitude of \take it or leave it\ even in cases where the property is looking quite run down. I really couldn't recommend the company enough. Lemontree seem to be uniquely people-focused in an industry which could desperately do with more of that!

Beth and her team at Lemontree Properties offer an outstanding service. We have properties with them and only have had 6 days of lost rent when changing tenancies. We are always kept informed of what is happening with our tenancies and our properties are always maintained to a high standard. They are true professionals - would not use another letting agency.

We used Lemontree for years as landlord and found them to be the most helpful team. Very professional in managing the interface between landlord and tenants and demonstrated compassion for all parties and their requirements during tenancies and particularly within the last year when the complications of the COVID pandemic and changes in cirumstances needed to be managed sensitively.
