went in in hopes of selling some of my silver and was immediately dismissed because I was a girl I was laughed at aswell. I sent my husband in a few days later and his transaction was successful. discriminatory. Also heed the other reviews, the owner only response to the negative one and put himself as a victim in every situation. Almost every negative review that has been written about this establishment he has replied and said that it was your fault and had taken no ownership for his actions. He is also tried to get negative review givers to take down their negative reviews....... which isn’t how it works he got the reviews he did because the service was poor. And clearly is the majority of the reviews he is getting or bad and repeating the same stuff and clearly he’s doing something wrong Avoid it all costs

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! It's sad to see the mindset of someone stuck in the late 50's early 60's. I walked in with curiosity, money in my pocket, and a kind greeting. I quickly walked back out. The man's, assumed owner, demeanor changed (with eyes rolled and heavy sigh) when he saw a Hispanic male in blue jeans, hoodie, brown jacket, and ball cap (veterans wounded warriors) standing there. Being a veteran I truly liked the items in there, but as someone with core values that are held together with integrity; I can not, and will not support any business with this type of customer service.
We had a great experience with the Hoopers. Very helpful, informative...and entertaining. And their prices were competitive. Would definitely do business with them again.
Need to update your sign that you aren’t selling coins so you don’t waste people’s time.
This is a GREAT place to buy/sell gold and silver. I have been going to this store for 6 years. They buy and sell at the best prices in the area. Additionally, they are very knowledgeable and a I brought in a few coins that I could not identify that my Grandfather gave me and Roger immediately told me what they were and what they worth.
