Very much enjoyed working with Lenape Builders in building my forever home. I am extremely satisfied with the results, couldn't be happier! My sweetheart and I built an affordable ranch style home in Smyrna Delaware over 3 years ago with the intentions of starting a family right away. We are finally expecting our first child and to date we remain especially pleased with the quality and affordability of our home.
Probably the worse customer service I've seen in a while. Although they were extremely helpful and accommodating in the beginning, after you close all consideration goes out the window. They do not uphold their word on coming back to fix items, and when they do the job isn't even halfway done all the time. Customer service almost never gets back to you as you have to contact them 5 times just to get 1 response. Will most likely not work with them again in the future.
Lenape should be lecrappy. They build subpar homes to last you until your warranty expires. Finish basements have mold and the living room and bedroom carpets starts to buckle after a year. Some home owners have even started the process of a class action laesuit. Run from these people!!
Lenape Builders is an excellent company to work with. We are extremely pleased with the quality of our home and the customer service we received from David and Shannon from beginning to end - thank you both for making this experience wonderful!
