He took his personal time to make sure I was taken care of. If I didn't show proof of full coverage, I would have had to drive an hour back to the dealership the next day to get my car. Rene Lentz-Gann is the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. She intuitively knows what coverage we need, and is so willing to be creative with how to fulfill our many requirements over the 15 years we’ve been with her. She faithfully and reliably looked after our best interests. We’re moving to Mississippi, and it breaks our hearts to have to find someone besides Rene to keep us covered and safe.
