Company provide a school coach. They have always communicated well and the drivers always check to see I'm there. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it; it's a huge relief to know my daughter's school journey is safe & comfortable.

Leoline provide the school coach for my child to get to/from school. The service has always run to time and customer communication and service is excellent.
I am just writing to say that we had a fantastic trip to and from Norfolk with Mark in May. He made the journey completely stress-free, comfortable and punctual. Mark was friendly, helpful and communicated well to arrange timings on the days of travel. He did an equally excellent job this time last year for our Year 5 Norfolk residential trip and we would like to request that he drives us for next year’s trip, please!
Super service, drivers and office have always been really helpful and polite when we've organised work. Vehicles have always been clean, and on time - highly recommend!
We hired a coach from this company for a company day out last week - I would not recommend them. Two out of three journeys on the day went according to plan. The driver was friendly and waited a few extra minutes for our party to get on and off - there were 40 of us so it was not easy to run exactly to time. Unfortunately, despite knowing the destinations and timings in advance, the driver tried to take the coach through a very narrow shortcut. The coach did not fit, so he ended up having to drive in a huge circle to get us back on track. We basically drove the leg twice and were over half an hour late to our destination, which had a knock-on effect for the rest of the day. When I followed up with the office afterwards (nobody answered the phone on the day), I was told they had nothing to apologise for, accused me of being condescending for asking the coach driver if he was ok and knew were we were headed for in a polite and friendly way as I got on (he gave a cocky response but it turned out he didn't know!) and told I didn't give them enough information. I gave postcodes and timings but was not asked for full addresses. I was also reminded that I had checked that access to both venues was big enough for a coach - which I had, and it was... but I had not checked access for all the roads in between - surely anyone would expect a transport company to be responsible for this part?! Neither the driver nor the office apologised for the error and delay. Bizarre and rude customer service, we will not be using them again!
