Where do i start and its just so bad. Used to be a great bank and ive been with them 30 years. i keep my account open but not worth using for main banking anymore. The people are friendly little jobs worth hitlers, you must do this or that! Never yes we can do it this way or that.

Closed at 2.30pm Tuesday 15th Sept 2020. When Halifax website and the notice on the door said it should be open. Wasted journey with 85 year old wheelchair user. Hopeless rotten bank. No surprise the share price has collapsed. Shocking customer services. Up to its neck in unsecured personal debt. Heavily exposed to collapse in housing market. Widespread allegations of fraud by bank insiders. A bank to avoid.
Don't like leominster branch because it says it's open till 4 0 clock so why when I want at 3 35pm it was closed and it's not the first time so might be changing banks
