I want to say a big THANK YOU to the staff at Leominster very helpful,friendly and would go again. My Partner cane in to Leominster store yesterday as he was suffering with arthritis in his feet be bought some CBD lotion as recommended. Been putting it on and wow what a difference it worked straight away and he can walk about a lot better. I have a shoulder injury from a cple so years ago and tendonitis in my foot and will be giving this a go. I hope the Leominster store see this review. Thank you so much Sue

Awful customer service. Checked the opening times on the internet which said store closed at 5.30. Arrived at 5.20 to find door shut and lights switched off with one older grey haired women stood behind the counter looking at me. Not very good customer service for a well known high street store. I checked my iPhone as I was walking away from the shop to check it wasn’t bang on 5.30 and I was pushing my luck it was 5.20. Very frustrating after having made a special journey into town for this shop.
