Why say you are open online when your actually closed so I waste my time driving to you. In the little free time I have, To find somewhere to park, which is impossible to walk to you to find your doors closed 3rd time now.

My Review is for this GOOGLE page, NOT LLOYDS BANK, It appeared when I searched for OPENING TIMES of my bank, it shows the WRONG TIMES. I found out after believing from this page that the bank shuts at 5.00pm on Fridays, when I got there at 4.45pm it had closed. So if you are reading this then don't trust GOOGLE, double check info in case they are sharing out of date or FAKE information...
One star is too much, never been more insulted. You are herded like cattle, very rude staff, put down for thinking the teller could help and expecting a proper personal local branch experience, gone are those days I'm afraid, here anyway. A most dehumanising experience. I will be changing to an online bank.
