Chicken as it should be.We haven't eaten chicken for years and we were going to try mail order for this but when I asked in our local butchers for a proper free range chicken we discovered that they stocked the Springfield ones. It was a real treat absolutely lovely. At the same time we bought a few pieces of \ordinary\ chicken - not nice at all. Thank you Springfield for reintroducing us to proper chicken!
