Charming young man arrived on time as arranged to replace a limescale clogged hot water pipe. He was competent, fast working, no yammering, offered advice with no pressure whatsoever. Cleared up when finished. Faultless. Now regarded as 'plumber of choice.' Subsequently fixed failed boiler over Christmas period although process took a few days as the oil tank needed cleaning too, but they came back when that was done to recommission the boiler.
