Always send back home until something serious happens... have been sent back home and an hour later my blood tests results got back and I’ve had to have antibiotics but the GP said to go home and rest? Always pretend everything is fine and don’t want to help at all. Useless.

Unintelligible doctors. It seems you have to attend with a self diagnosis (I.e. doing the work for them) to actually get any sort of help. I've been told I'm not Asthmatic (despite a medical record dating back to childhood), my son's rash was not an allergy and to leave it be (yes it was, but I had to discover the allergen myself), demand a blood test for low vitamin levels despite a history and symptoms- I was told I was fine. Etc. Etc. Summary- quite useless. The receptionist staff are often rude too.
Take forecer to answer the phone. Very abrupt on the phone and sometimes rude. Can be waiting a very long time because drs go over the allocated timings quite often. Sometimes think that pwrhaps that tue drs need some retraining as they dont always want to help you especially with mental health.
Friendly staff.
