We were on holiday with our 20 year old Hymer (Fiat Ducato) camper. On 10 km from this company we got a issue with our automatic shifting system. We were able to reach a closeby campsite on the sunday very slowly. On mondaymorning I called the company for support. They asked me is I was able t drive, then I was very welcome to visit their workshop. So I managed to get there. After explaining the issue I could immediately go to the workshop and a very experienced service engineer started to dismantle several parts. He told me me he could solve it for 99% sure because it was an issue with the motor management connector instead of a mechanical failure. After extensive testdriving the issue was solved. Our plan was to drive home, but the engineer told me to continue the holiday. So we decided to move further and we just returned from a great 3 week holiday in our camper. Thanks to the engineer that helped us out!! And the bill at the end was also very friendly. So super service!!!!

Meine Firma hat einige Lkw's gekauft mit Wartungsvertrag. Und wir waschen auch unsere Lkw's dort. Freundliches Personal im Büro und der Werkstatt. Beim Waschen kommen 2 Mann damit man nicht lange warten muss.
