I wanted to register for my A1 course and we weren’t greeted well at all. The secretary is very impatient and disrespectful. She attacked my brother for no reason as if she knew him for years. No professionalism at all. If she treats clients like this I don’t doubt the students will be treated differently. I 100% do not recommend this school. And personally think she shouldn’t be in the administrative office. Moreover she was claiming that she’s the boss, if she really is and acts like that, then wow.. what an environment and what professionalism once again..

Not welcoming for foreigners! I do not recommend. Extremely rude and arrogant secretary who is presumably the boss, she was very condescending and tried to belittle me. Made us wait more than 20 min and kept on speaking with her other friend. I really do not recommend this school. As it will make you feel that they are paying you to be there and not the opposite. If she is not the boss and the boss is reading this, know that this lady (Frau Schneider) is making your school look extremely bad. If she is the boss, well that‘s extremely sad.

It was unfortunate that this was where I took my first German course. I took A1-1 here and while one of instructors was quite friendly and helpful, the second instructor, as well as some of the admin staff were not pleasant towards the students in the class. In fact, they were quite condescending towards us, which did not motivate me to continue learning German afterward the course ended until I found a better institute. It felt like that instructor and admin staff thought they were teaching and dealing children when in fact the average age of class members was around 35, some people in their 50s. Maybe other teachers here have better attitudes, but not recommended as a first introduction to German or Germany based on my experience.
