Best place of Val Thorens Les Balcons to eat. The food is really good, the service is friendly and fast. Just make sure to reserve a place if you plan to eat here because this place is busy. We've tried the garlic bread entrée which was really nice for only 5. The house burger is excellent as well. My daughter also tried the pizza Rein and she loved it as well. Tonight we're having the Chicken and Almond wok and that is excellent... or maybe we're hungry after a day on the slopes. Thanks for having us 3 nights this week!

Great location with ski-in and ski-out access. The stuff at reception works very fast especially during rush hours of check in and check out. All needed available, just facilities needs already a renovation. SPA is very crowded in rush hours after all coming back from slopes. Appartments are well heated and water supply is very good. WiFi is not perfect, again, especially when everyone came back from slopes. The big miss in normal Les Balcones, not Platinum, -absence of boot dryers

A little bit overpriced restaurant. The atmosphere is of an old place and the staff are friendly. The pizza was great, but the desert (brownie) and the coffee wasn't something to recommend.

Very nice place! We visited twice in one week. The service is very good, and the dishes are tasty but not expensive. A lot of nice food for vegetarians also.

Food is excellent, staff sometimes lacking attentiveness. Very busy which adds to the atmosphere, highly recommended for an authentic Savoyard experience.

Loved the foie gras and the waiters were very friendly and spoke good english

Service was quick & friendly, and the food was not short on quantity for a family of six. More mass produced than tailor made, but was a convenient option for dinner. At 30 per head for a hot stone with meat I thought it was expensive ... Although drinks were included as was a desert. Good for refueling rather than fine dining

Excellent classic Savoyard dining in a coast rustic alpine setting. Wires over the mountains and an excellent size terrace for speed vino and biers. Racclette and fondu are fantastic and the duck was out of this world. Loved it so much we came several times
