We had a great lunch here. Food was fresh and reasonably priced (try the vegetable Croque Monsieur !). I think the best thing, though, was the great service by both the man and woman working at lunch on a Saturday. Very much appreciated and we hope to be back.

This place is definitely an honest restaurant in an otherwise inflated touristic spot. It seats both inside and outside and it's located right in the middle of the town. The staff is friendly and helpful and fast. The meat is locally sourced and absolutely delicious! They serve it on a hot stone directly to your table so you can cook it to your liking. The main courses come with a rich house salad, complete with a lovely, light vinaigrette, shredded carrots and lots of seeds, and homemade fries. They have vegetarian options and even some gluten free pasta. But seriously, I cannot stress enough just how good the meat is! There is a small list of desserts, the star of which is for sure the café gourmand, served with three little sweets ( in my case, panna cottage, crème brulée, and a nut cake). They also have children's servings. Average prices are in the range of 40-60 CHF. Highly recommended!
Stopped by for a coffee and croissant.... Very friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Thank you
Nice white wine from the region
Dont speak any English, even simple one.. Avoid it !
The meat is good but overpriced. The wine selection is too basic. Needs improvements.
Nickel top
