We planned to stay in this hotel for 2 days. After the first day we extended for another 2 days. All the staff was very good and made the difference. You feel at home and safe despite the current sanitary restrictions. Breakfast and dinner were also very good quality. We will definetly go back.

Been there for a conference. Off Season so pretty much the only guests at the Hotel. The Bar has a nice selection! The Gala night was made of a selected menu with local specialities and service was pretty good. A gym in the Pool area seems weird, unnecessary and not functional as you work out in bath shorts in a wet area while there are people in the pool. Equipment was pretty shabby. The Rooms are basic, at most post modern. nothing fancy for a 4* but i guess for the area compared to others upscale.
Worst hotel ever. First night I came home to my room smelling like dead rodent. This was the best room in the hotel, btw. They switched me two floors down at 2am, to a vastly smaller room and told me "don't worry, we won't charge you extra". Breakfast is supposed to be until 10:30 but when I arrived at 10:00, the people cleaning up rolled their eyes at me and served me hard cheese, dry ham and expired bread in the lobby.
This was a perfect family hotel. Location was excellent. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.
Exceptional client service, location (everything is walking distance, the cross-country skiing / ski / sledge slopes are right in front, delicious food and service, comfy bed and rooms... Highly recommended!! They are also very attentive to food alergies (serving gluten free options when needed!!)
Excellent Family stay at the hotel. Perfect accommodation option in Family room (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets) - just ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the view from our balcony. The hotel is very coisy and very practical - all what one may need during a week-end stay. Warm welcome at reception, nice pubic area with bar and possibility to relax with glass of wine. Breakfast-buffet is correct, with hot and cold dishes - both our kids (14 and 3 years old) found the food they prefer. Swimming pool with a comfortable temperature. We really find all good and we enjoyed the stay. Hotel location is fantastic, many paths for hiking around. The restaurants are very close. Great point to visit Glacier 3000. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to be back again and we will recommend the hotel to our partners and friends.
Excellent stay in a nice classical hotel in the Swiss Alps. to class service by a very professional personnel. We will return for sure. Grazie!!!
