We stayed here for a week with a group of 20, perfect location with a local bus from the end of the road running every few minutes to the main chair lift in Les Houches, beautiful location with a grocery shop within 10min walking distance, the views were amazing from every angle, I would highly recommend staying here, it was perfect for a group, and the hot tub and sauna were an added bonus!!
