Ford should be embarrassed to waive their flag above this dealership. Amazed at the lack of professionalism and complete incompetence. I wouldn’t have expected this kind of service from a second rate sleazy used car dealership. Snow was 3 days prior. Dealer is full of it and I never expected a new car. I only expected the salesman to be truthful about major cosmetic issues. And I mean major that is far and above normal wear and tear. Oh and the car wouldn’t even start. The attempt to deflect and defend by the leadership at this dealer only confirms that the problem is above the salesperson. You can’t make this stuff up\u200d️\u200d️

We have done business with Les Jacobs Ford quite a few times over the years. We have always had “good luck” there, although “luck” really isn’t involved. The key is to choose a dealer you can trust to be both conscience and capable. Jacobs Ford has proven to be both time after time. Darrin Jacobs is a superstar in our book. We don’t live in the area, so we aren’t recommending Jacobs simply because they are our area dealer. We are recommending them because of the way they do business. We travel a lot and have our choice of dealers across the country, but we do business with these folks for this reason. Jacobs isn’t going to short you just because you may be from out of town. We live in Alaska, but travel through Missouri, and getting exactly what we want ordered, transported to Jacobs, prepared for delivery, and ready when promised couldn’t be easier. Jacobs does all that hard work. Thank you Jacobs for all you do.
