One of my favorite nostalgic bakeries! Blackout cake, black and white cookies and kringles! The only disappointment was the coffee cake, dry and dense. Maybe stale? But other than that I enjoy most of what they offer.

I came here for the first time yesterday due to all the rave reviews I read on Facebook. This place is an institution in Bay Ridge and justifiably so. Everything looks fresh and delicious. I opted to get some donuts and cannolis, which were both very good. I want to come back in the future to get their bread (I heard the soda bread is great), black and white cookie (that they are famous for) and the danishes. The lady behind the counter was so warm and friendly. But, be forewarned. This place is cash only and prices are very reasonable.
