I was there last August and the prices are really good and the lady was extremely nice. She took our appointment last minute which was great because I was going off to first year uni a couple days after. I just had a terrible experience after my Brazilian wax. My vagina was badly bruised because a couple layers of skin were ripped off and any sort of friction (certain fabrics or tight pants) was extremely painful. I did not contact the company after which I definitely should’ve and I’m sure they would of helped me but that is my bad. It might’ve been because I have dry skin because my friend got the same thing done as me and she was fine. Just something to be cautious about.
