I booked towing service through my insurance for my motorcycle. They arrived on time as scheduled. When I called the contact number to confirm whether they have received the tow request from my insurance, the lady answered the phone quickly and confirmed right away. She also provided me the update of the tow truck status. The driver is very professional and efficient on loading and unloading the truck. I'm very happy with the service.

As every other review said they are horrible. I was in a car accident my insurance company dispatched this company to take my car to the shop it would be repaired at, they lied and said address didn’t exist. While in the EMERGENCY ROOM the next day I called looking for my car (since the shop owner said my car never got to the shop) and Steve said he would block my number if I kept calling him and my car was in storage. Still no car! they just want weekend storage fees from my insurance company. Really afraid that they will damage my Acura more.
My insurance company scheduled a tow, tow guy called me to confirm and said a guy would be there in an hour (which would have been 9-9:30am) I got to work, called my mechanic at noon, no car yet! I call back the tow guy and he tells me... oh yea the driver couldn’t find your car so he left! I said that’s a cop out. It’s the only white BMW in the parking lot. And you have my number, why wouldn’t you have called me?? I had to call back my insurance company, have them reissue the tow and a different company came, called me and picked up my car.
They are a bunch of liars & Crooks and they should be put out of business they tell you one price and when you get there it's a totally different price
This rude hole in the wall towing company illegally tows cars and lies and says there in a fire zone when there not and only take pics of the ground! Then lie and say there are closed to charge you more money! If i could give 0 stars I would!
1,335.00 for a tow and seven days storage. They only accept cash.
Tow truck driver was amazing very helpful nice respectful and friendly they were there quickly got the job done right no issues I definitely would do business with them again thank you again
They lied about picking up my car and left it unlocked on a random city street for half a Saturday. Now the car is missing and they're not answering the phone. Where is my car?!
