I'd just moved into a let link property in February when the boiler packed in. Gillian arrived with heaters which were very much appreciated. Then a new boiler was fitted with in a week. Can't thank them enough and sorting things out so quickly.

Brilliant Letting agency! My boiler packed in and in less than a week they replaced it with a new one.Gillian was very helpful and accommodating and provided regular updates of the progress.The installation was also carried out very professionally by Harry, he did a great job and left my flat spotless. I am a very happy tenant and highly recommend Let Link Larkhall.
Looking at other reviews on here, they are all brilliant or terrible, mine is the terrible end and personally would never recommend them to anyone. They do not do repairs no matter how serious they are and on the rare occasion they do, they do a bang up job. Yes, the staff are quick to contact but only when they want something. If you need something like urgent repairs the staff will ignore your emails completely. I am shocked they are allowed to stay in business, will be taking it to court.
As a landlord I have been using letlink for over 3 years, I have nothing but praise for them, I was surprised with some of the 1 and 2 star reviews I see, but I then realise it’s crack pot tenants who are not happy cause they haven’t got the house they thought they where going to get, failed the reference checks etc. I have over 100 properties with this company, and I see them as professional, honest, and what every landlord wants, they look after you property, weed out the rubbish, and get the rent, and as a bonus they are easy bunch of staff to get along with. If you are looking for a letting company try these guys out. :0)
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible company stay well away from them staff are a joke too they claim you haven't paid rent when not checking there accounts send emails over and they do not talk to each other I would advise anyone Avoid let link!!! Its not worth the hassle
