Awful experience with Let Two. When I moved into the property, the cleaning condition was terrible (as shown in the photo), I too remember vacuuming the apartment upon moving in to collect hair and nail clippings from the previous occupant, and there was no working fridge. I was forced to purchase one as almost one month passed with no resolution coming from yourself and the landlord. At the time, I was more than patience considering the apartment was advertised with a working fridge. However, at the end of my tenancy, Let Two has deducted 60 from my deposit for cleaning to take the condition beyond how the apartment was supplied to me. They have even attempted to retain the fridge that I had bought for free. I did not dispute on DPS because I did not have the time and did not take detailed photos of every corner of the house when I moved in as I did not foresee dealing with an agent that does not appear to operate with a moral level of fairness. I have learnt my lesson dealing with Let Two. I hope everyone is wary of this estate agent.
